If you’re an existing client, you can schedule directly through your client portal. If you have trouble logging in, just send us a text and we’ll make sure everything is set up for you.
Yes. We offer both in-person sessions at our office and secure telehealth appointments for clients anywhere in Texas. Whether you prefer to meet face-to-face or from the comfort of your home, we’ll work with you to find what feels most supportive.
Availability varies, but we aim to schedule new clients within one to two weeks whenever possible. If you’re ready to get started, reach out and we’ll let you know our current openings and next available appointments.
Yes. We’re happy to offer a brief 10-15 minute complimentary consultation by phone or secure telehealth so you can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and see if working together feels like the right fit.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you. We appreciate your understanding.
